No need to wait for us. Upload your wine list and it happens: a page for every wine, a course built from the list, and a ready training for the team when something changes.
The same builders we work in, with what a manager needs and no more. No empty editor and no blank page: fill in the boxes, and the page already looks like ours.
One wine from your list: a short video, a photo, grape, region and vintage, and the sentence you say at the table. And in a layer only the team sees: your bottle and glass price, and a note for the shift.
The same template without the bottle boxes. Instead: founding year, region, leading grapes, the winemaker, the winery's logo and video, and a paragraph on who they are.
A topic you want the team to know: a title, text, a video, up to six images, a "what to take from this" line, two questions, and your signature at the end.
Search for a lesson or a wine page that already exists, add it to the chapter, and fill in only what is missing. What you create is saved in the restaurant's own library and serves you again in the next chapter.
WINEWORK's content and yours stay separate: what we wrote stays ours, what you built stays yours.
A chapter for the team is not a message in a group chat. It has a name, recipients, a date, and an exam at the end, like every other chapter in the system.
Every page carries two questions, and the system suggests them from the text you wrote. At the end of the chapter it builds an exam from them, with a pass mark, and asks for your approval before it goes out.
The whole business or one restaurant. In a group, the organisation's manager sends one chapter to every branch, and a branch manager reaches only their own team.
A date and time to send, and a deadline for the team. Build it on Wednesday, the chapter goes out on Friday at four, and the team knows in advance by when to finish.
Who received it, who opened it, who finished and who has not yet, per person on the team with the dates. On the same screen it was sent from.
A short call, and we read your menu with you.
