The Method

The method is the product

WINEWORK is not a collection of courses. It's an orderly method that takes a restaurant from a state where wine just sits on the table, to a state where there's a managed wine team that knows how to sell. First we build the team, and we measure it. Then, on that base, we start growing the business.

The Four Stages

Not one training. A method.

Bring the whole team to implementation and build a first team from it, measure the opportunity metric (how many guests even ordered wine) and from there widen the circle of wine drinkers. Each stage enables the next. Click a stage to go deeper.

The whole team to the same bar

We bring the entire service team, veterans and newcomers alike, to the same professional bar in wine and selling. The 8 Foundations of Wine Foundations: a toolkit for every waiter before their first shift, then six weekly foundation chapters to sell wine with confidence and professionalism, plus a progress report showing the manager who finished and who needs a reminder. By the end of the stage, the whole team speaks wine in the same language.

BuildingThe Team
From one shared bar to a structured team

A uniform team becomes a team with a structure. About 30% of the floor team (waiters and bartenders together) are chosen as Wine Leaders, and the managers take the Wine Managers Certification. They are the engine of it working: the people who brief, set the standards and decide on the floor in real time, so they have a training of their own. A monthly refresh keeps the team sharp even as people come and go. This is where the full knowledge index arrives.

MeasurementMeasurement
When you see the data, you know where to grow

We connect the restaurant's data and see which wines sell and what's profitable, plus the opportunity metric: how many guests even ordered wine. The system doesn't just display, it recommends the next action.

GrowthGrowth
With measurement comes growth

The system runs in full, every station has a professional, and the manager personally leads the growth and raises the bar over time. Growth becomes part of how the business operates.

Not a fan of reports and numbers? That's what Haim is for. He translates the data in the manager panel into plain language.

Growth Platform

We are not only training. We are a growth platform.

Wine knowledge and culture are the beginning, not the end. The system connects to your sales data and your wine list, reads what is actually happening on the floor, recommends, and steers the team. All at the meeting point of decades of professional knowledge and a good friend from the world of AI.

This wine is selling slowly
"Cabernet Reserve" is sitting in stock and selling slowly. The menu has an alternative in the same style that sells better, and it is worth recommending tonight.
The team needs a category boost
Sparkling sales dropped this week. Send the waiters a short video and a one-minute brief before the shift so they talk about them again.
Restock in time
"Chardonnay" is running out and the sales pace is rising. Update the purchasing manager before it's gone, without leaving the screen.

Subject to an available connection to your POS or your digital wine list. We check that together before we start.

The road starts with building the team

This is the full journey. It starts with building the team, the base that's ready to go, and on top of it the growth layer opens in beta with the first pilot customers. Step by step, the same journey.
