The new category starts here, where knowledge meets data.
The first two stages build a team. This stage turns WINEWORK from a training system into a growth system. It requires connecting our system to the restaurant's data, so it's currently in beta. It is a move a restaurant makes further down the road, not on day one.
It's a full business analytics system. It shows which wines sell and at what pace, wine's share of total beverages, and what percent of guests even ordered wine: the opportunity metric. But it doesn't stop at display. It recommends.
When the system spots an opportunity, it turns it into action. It can recommend focusing the team on one wine over another, and immediately send the relevant training to all the waiters. It can spot a missing slot on the menu, and draft a ready supplier message for the manager with a link to send instantly. Here the data doesn't stay on the screen; it comes back to the table.
The measurement stage is a separate product with its own pricing, intended for restaurants that have completed the building stage.
THE MISSION
Our mission: a wine team that knows how to sell.
Not at the bar yet, and that is fine, you are building towards it. The index measures how much of the knowledge you gave the team is actually being used. Certifications raise it, people leaving lower it. Start pouring. Step by step the glass fills, and I am with you.
